I saw an interesting statistic recently.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, women spend an average of 16 minutes per day washing, folding, or ironing clothes. Men, by contrast, spend an average of just four minutes daily.
Can you imagine? When I started this company, I was running a house cleaning company. Over and over again clients would ask me if we offered laundry service. At the time we did not. However, we closed the cleaning company and replaced it with the laundry company. Why? Because no one wants to wash, dry and fold laundry. It is time consuming; yet, professionals are in need of a steady stream of clean clothes.
I bet you can think of a hundred things you’d rather be doing than laundry. I took a walk earlier today and enjoyed the fresh air and the lovely plants in my neighbors’ yards.
