It is important to the staff of UpperCrust Maids that our clients receive the standard of cleaning that they deserve and are paying hard earned money to receive. We ask that after each cleaning you take a few minutes to fill in this report card. Remember to list the name of your cleaning tech (or we can look it up). The goal is to give them both positive and negative feedback so that they can continue to strive to improve. Knowing that they are being made accountable for every cleaning will help not only them but it will help you, our valued client.
