Deep Cleanings (first time cleans)

First time (deep)  cleanings establish the condition of the home so that we can initiate ongoing maintenance cleanings:

$35 per cleaning tech ($70 per hour).  Most first time cleanings take 8 labor hours (4 clock hours x 2 people) and average $280.  Of course, it will cost less if it takes less time.  But the average is 8 labor hours.  The most intense part of this cleaning is the kitchen and bathrooms, as you can imagine.

Maintenance cleanings

To save money for clients, we flat rate homes as opposed to charging by the hour for ongoing service.

Houses - Prices become firm after I see the home in person. The number of bathrooms and the condition in which bathroooms and kitchen are kept will sway the price one way or the other. Bathrooms and kitchens take the most time.

We specialize in cleaning townhouses, rowhouses, single family homes, and duplexes.  Call us so that we may take a look at your home to offer you a firm rate.  301-322-7112.  Also, you may fill in the estimate form at the bottom of this page for an estimate that will be pretty close to what you will pay.

Condos – Call us.  We refer condos and apartments to another local company. Our specialty is houses.

Move in/Move out cleanings

$$70 – 75 per hour, depending on the condition and includes cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and oven as well as all cabinets

Special cleanings (weekends)

We are closed on weekends. However, from time to time a person will need to have a cleaning performed on the weekend.  Our weekend rates are as follows:

Saturday cleanings, $75 per hour

Sunday cleanings, $80 per hour

Extras

Inside of oven – $15 (could be more, depending on condition)

Inside of fridge – $25 (could be less, depending on condition)

dishes – $10 per load (if there are only a few dishes, we wash for free but full loads, we must charge)

beds – (one bed, free. $7 for each additional bed)

Window well cleaning (this is a dirty job and we charge $3 per window well)

Post construction cleaning – $75 per hour
