We offer two levels of carpet cleaning services:
STANDARD - For standard service, expect to pay approximately $60 per room, depending on square footage. For hallways, there is a charge $10 – $20 per hallway and for stairways, we charge $3.00 per step. We are basing these estimates on an average sized room of less than 175 square feet. So for example, a room that is 13 x 13 would qualify.
Large spaces are priced according to cleanable square footage and our present fee is $0.35 per square foot. We reserve the right to charge more for carpets that are heavily soiled due to extra time and labor required for such carpet. Note also that if your carpet has pet urine or waste problems, there may be an extra charge due to the extra time it would take to clean such a carpet.
ADVANCED – Our Advanced service includes the Standard service; however, we add on the Scotchgard carpet protector.
About Scotchguard:

· Doesn’t change the look or appearance of your carpet or rug.
· Keeps your carpet and rugs looking good longer.
· Ideal for carpet, rugs, stairways, hallway and stairway runners, and bath mats.
Pricing: If you choose the Advanced option, two separate pricing structures apply. We charge the Standard pricing for the carpet and we charge another fee for the Scotchgard protection. Our Scotchgard fee is $0.15 per square foot.
NOTE: We have a $120 minimum for carpet service
Tile & Grout Cleaning: We price by the square foot. Our fee is 0.75 per square foot for cleaning tile and grout. If you would like to have the grout sealed, there will be an additional $0.50 per square foot.
FURNITURE CLEANING: Because furniture varies in size, number of pillows, fabric type, and number of spots to be removed, we can only offer an estimate. Contact us for a firm price.
Sectionals: We price by seat @ $33 per seating section
Example: a 4 seat sectional would be 4 x $33 = $132
Sofa: A normal size sofa is $95 & up to clean
Loveseat: A normal size loveseat is $75 & up to clean
Armchair: An average chair or recliner is $50 & up to clean
Dining and desk chairs, start at $20.

How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
You should have your carpet cleaned every 12 – 18 months. Be certain to check with your manufacturer for details.
Reasons for keeping your carpet and upholstery cleaned:
- Regular cleanings are a must to ensure the life of carpet.
- Clean carpet will assist with the overall healthy environment of the home and the individuals in the home, as a thorough cleaning will help remove dust and dirt built up, along with dust mites.
- Keeping carpet cleaned regularly helps to maintain the appearance and luster of the carpet.
Should I vacuum before the Carpet Tech arrives?
The carpet will need to be vacuumed prior to the Carpet Techs completing their work. They will vacuum whether you do or not. Please be certain to remove any obvious debris that you see.
Do you move furniture?
The Techs will only move small furniture. Large furniture will either need to be moved by family or the techs will clean around it.
In addition, our techs will not move any object that they determine is extremely valuable (the family will need to move such an item). The techs will not move any grandfather clocks, musical instruments, china cabinets or hutches, entertainment centers, pool tables, heavy bookshelves, couches or any other heavy furniture.
Should I move anything in particular?
Please remove fragile and valuable objects. You must pick up toys, books, clothes and any other clutter from the floors. If the floors are cluttered when the techs arrive, our policy is that they must leave and you will be charged a $50 fee. Timeslots are valuable and if we cannot clean a home by no fault of our own, we do charge a fee.
How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?
The answer depends on various factors such as type of carpet, weather, humidity, and airflow. Dry times typically range from 2 – 6 hours.
How long before I can walk on my carpet?
You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.
Are the products you use safe?
Yes, our products are nontoxic, safe for pets & children, biodegradable, and phosphate free.
Are your technicians experienced?
Yes, our cleaning techs are required to attend classes to keep current on the latest in cleaning technologies.
Will your services help my asthma and allergies?
We cannot make such a guarantee, but I will say this. Carpets are generally breeding grounds for dust mites. Dust mites are known to negatively impact those who have asthma and allergies. Having your carpet and/or furniture professionally cleaned definitely helps remove pollutants and ushers in a more pleasant breathing environment.
Will all of my carpet/upholstery stains come out?
We cannot guarantee that all stains will come out. Some stains are impossible to fully remove. You may need to cover the stain with a pretty rug or with a chair, etc. until you can have the carpet (that spot) repaired.
Should I have Scotchgard applied after cleaning?
If at all possible, yes. In fact, many carpet manufacturers recommend that you reapply protector after professional cleaning to restore the original stain resistance.

TILE AND GROUT CLEANING FAQS
What is grout?
Grout is a substance that contains a mixture of cement, sand, and water that is filled between floors tiles during installation.
Is it necessary to professionally clean tile and grout?
At some point, it will need to be professionally cleaned, especially in areas of high use. Grout lines are porous and as such, easily absorbs all types of substances including mildew, grease and dirt. Eventually it negatively impacts the grout and leaves it looking dirty and unattractive.
What will happen if I don’t have my grout cleaned?
Consider the fact that grout can accumulate mold, mildew and other harmful substances. What effects do you think that would have on the environment of a home? Animals and children in particular generally play on the floor. Floors need to be kept as healthy as possible.
Should I have the grout sealed?
If it is within your budget to do so, yes. Doing so will enhance the life span of the tile and grout and it will look better.
How often should I have my tile and grout cleaned and sealed?
Keep an eye on it, especially the sealing. You may have to have it professionally cleaned and sealed once per year or once every two years. Depends on the amount of traffic and general wear and tear.
What is the pricing structure of tile and grout cleaning?
We price by the square foot. Our price is $0.75 cents per square foot for cleaning tile & grout. If you would like the grout sealed, we charge an additional $0.50 cents per square foot.
